The tragic, devastating floods caused by Hurricane Helene in September 2024 likely affected all of our locations in the North Carolina foothills and mountains. Ground and road conditions in our Cherokee Campaigns, Overmountain, and Wachovia tours have certainly changed. However, AmRevNC will wait at least a year to revisit these locations and update our pages, to allow time for locals to clean up and rebuild.

Please do not visit these areas until local authorities have invited back tourists. When you do, be prepared for detours and inaccessible locations.
